- **resolved** 2023-01-26 20:00 UTC: Users experienced that the Insights page in the UI was unresponsive and the Insights APIs were returning 500s from 19:41 - 19:55 UTC. We have since rolled back the change that caused this issue. The Insights page and APIs are now working as expected.
