## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2023-07-22 12:32 UTC: Agents connected between 2023-07-22 10:06:20 UTC - 2023-07-22 11:40:09 UTC were unable to pick up new jobs. Agents connected during that window were stopped around 2023-07-22 12:08:20 UTC so that they would reconnect with fresh IDs. Everything should be working now. If you still experience any issue of Agent not picking up jobs, please contact us. A detailed postmortem will be posted later.
