## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2023-10-25 22:52 UTC: Between 20:45 UTC to 21:30 UTC, we experienced issues with our artifactory service supporting Atlassian Bitbucket Pipelines, causing some pipelines to fail. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally. We advise any customers that had experience pipeline failures at this time to re-run the entire pipeline.
