## Timeline of updates

- **resolved** 2016-06-10 16:38 UTC: More reports have come in and we have deployed a further fix and verified that it works. This issue was caused by an unintended application of a very strict spam list to outbound emails from BigCommerce client accounts. We apologize for this disturbance and will be instituting better testing and monitoring around email changes.
