# Snowflake: Incident silently edited: INC20000294

**Summary:** The incident update shows no visible wording change. Snowflake continued to report healthy service since 06:40 UTC October 20, 2026, while a third-party provider availability zone remained unavailable; new workloads were blocked from that zone and routine regional software updates remained paused. _(machine-written, sol)_
