+ We have identified the issue of users being unable to select an existing WhatsApp Business Account during WhatsApp Embedded Signup when configuring WhatsApp senders. Customers can still create a new WhatsApp Business Account, and as a workaround, customers may search by the WhatsApp Business Account name or a connected phone number instead of the account ID. We are updating customer guidance to reflect this experience. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
