+ We're still waiting on our third-party provider to finish rolling back the change that triggered this issue, and we don't yet have a completion time. In the meantime, we've moved some affected services to another processing path and confirmed that new jobs are running successfully in a test environment. We're applying the same change to more instances, and we'll then move on to the live environment. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
