Between 08:45 UTC and 09:45 UTC, customers experienced that their orders were not processing and received 403 errors. Orders that failed during this time will need to be resubmitted. We rolled back the maintenance changes, and this brought customers out of impact. The planned maintenance will be rescheduled for a later date, after further investigation into the issue to ensure it does not repeat in the future.  We apologize for how you and your business may have been affected by this incident.
